This new furnace installed in Q4 of 2025 showcases the latest advanced vacuum furnace brazing utilizing state-of-the-art technology. This new unit adds critical capacity to expand our vacuum furnace brazing!
Wayne Wire is expanding its capabilities with a focus on premium joining solutions and is seeking new customers and applications to leverage this increased capacity. Fully NADCAP certified in accordance with AMS 2750. Capabilities include processing the following alloys and specifications:
- 410 Stainless Steel – AMS 5504, AMS 5613
- 321 Stainless Steel – AMS 5645, AMS 5689
- 347 Stainless Steel – AMS 5646, AMS 5674
- 304 Stainless Steel – AMS 5697
- 304L Stainless Steel – AMS 5647

- 316L Stainless Steel – AMS 5653
