Steve Brown

Steve Brown is Co-Owner and Co-President of Wayne Wire Cloth Products, Inc. He joined the company in 2009 as a Sales Representative and Sales Manager and later acquired co-ownership. He currently serves as Co-President, supporting overall operations with a primary focus on Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Benefits.

Prior to joining Wayne Wire, Steve spent 10 years with Callaway Golf Company in the sporting goods industry, where he worked as a territory representative focused on sales growth. This experience shaped a customer-focused, relationship-driven approach to business development.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where he earned a varsity letter as a four-year member of the men’s golf team.

At Wayne Wire, Steve emphasizes a family-oriented culture grounded in respect for people, teamwork, and long-term commitment to employees and customers. He supports continued investment in equipment, processes, and people to strengthen operational performance and customer service, consistent with the company’s long-standing values.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through golf, tennis, biking, and hiking.
