Kevin Rich

Kevin Rich joined Wayne Wire Cloth Products, Inc. in 2022 and serves as Plant Manager and Value Stream Leader for the Kalkaska operation. In this role, he is responsible for plant operations and value stream performance across Production, Engineering, Customer Service, and Maintenance.

Prior to joining Wayne Wire, Kevin held leadership and executive roles for more than 20 years across multiple industries, including automotive, consumer packaging, fundraising, and aerospace. This cross-industry background informs a practical leadership approach shaped by operating in varied manufacturing and organizational environments.

Kevin’s professional background spans operations leadership across diverse production settings. This experience supports a management style centered on consistency and collaboration across functional teams.

In his current role, Kevin focuses on plant-level operations and value stream execution, with an emphasis on cross-functional coordination across production, engineering, customer service, and maintenance. Decisions related to day-to-day plant operations and value stream performance roll up to him.
