Fulgencio Tiscareno

Fulgencio Tiscareno joined Wayne Wire Cloth Products, Inc. in May 2017 and has served as Plant Manager and Value Stream Leader for the Mexico operation since that time. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the full scope of plant operations in Mexico.

Prior to joining Wayne Wire, Fulgencio spent 17 years at Toshiba America Consumer Products in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment, ultimately serving as Director of Operations. His experience there spanned Materials, Engineering, Production, and Quality Control. He also held the role of Senior Program Manager at NEO Tech, a subcontract manufacturing company, where he managed customers across Automotive, Medical, Commercial, and other markets.

Fulgencio holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí in Mexico. His technical and cross-functional background informs a leadership approach grounded in operational discipline and practical problem-solving across manufacturing environments.

In his current role, Fulgencio focuses on operational leadership, continuous improvement, and supporting business growth while ensuring processes remain efficient and effective. He was part of the transition of the Mexico operation from an airbag-focused facility to supporting multiple markets and product lines, enabling diversification and supporting long-term growth.
