Constance Fox

Connie Fox is Quality Manager and AS/ISO Management Representative at Wayne Wire Cloth Products, Inc. She joined the company in 2017 and has held the same role since, providing continuity in quality leadership and management system oversight.

Connie oversees all aspects of quality, including QMS compliance, customer and regulatory requirements, internal audits, calibration, and inspection activities. She also serves as a delegated source inspector for various customers, supporting customer-specific quality requirements and verification processes.

Connie began her career in manufacturing at age 19 as a CNC machinist before moving into product inspection and progressing into quality. This progression from shop-floor operations into quality leadership informs a practical, operations-aware approach to compliance, root cause analysis, and corrective action, with a focus on including operators at the point of work in quality outcomes.

In her role at Wayne Wire, Connie has led the reinstatement of merit status for Nadcap certifications and supported the implementation of AS13100. Her working style is hands-on, and she is well versed in the responsibilities of her team, providing backup support as needed to maintain continuity in quality operations and compliance activities.
