August 17, 2015 - We are pleased to announce that, effective August 1, 2015 Wayne Wire Cloth Products, Inc. (Wayne Wire) acquired Barbron Corporation (Barbron). As such, Wayne Wire has purchased the assets of Barbron and will continue to produce parts under the Barbron name. Barbron Corporation is a leading supplier in the marine industry, supporting some of the most respected global brands. Their part portfolio compliments that of Wayne Wire, while adding new capabilities that should help grow our core business, as well as allow us to expand in other sectors. The acquisition represents a merging of strength and longevity of two innovative and professional companies with combined industry experience of over 100 years.
