was recognized for its success as an
employer and Michigan Works! partner.
Michigan Works! has helped Wayne Wire recruit and hire machinists, resistance welders, management level staff, and production workers. The company has used the Michigan Works! on-the-job training program and supported a recent just-in-time training program by opening their doors to students for a tour. Wayne Wire recently hired six new employees and is beginning a registered machining apprenticeship program to meet their future needs.
